Dear customers,
🆕 I would like to inform you that my website has recently been redesigned. In addition to my previous range, I am now able to present a large selection of high-quality home care products. I would also like to draw your attention to the “Cronograma Capilar” hair care plan.
But before you invest in these innovative treatments, I would encourage you to inform yourself in advance.
Informing yourself about the products and treatments on offer has numerous benefits:
Better decisions: By educating yourself about new hair straightening and the care products that go with it, you can better understand what is best for your hair. This allows you to choose the treatments and products that are best suited to your hair type.
Extend the results: By getting to grips with the right home care products, you can maintain the results of your treatment in the long term and keep your hair healthy and radiant.
Less uncertainty: If you’re already informed, you can ask specific questions and avoid misunderstandings. This makes our conversations more efficient and enjoyable.
Time saving: If you gather the most important information in advance, we will save time together at your appointment. This allows me to concentrate fully on your individual hair needs.
As your hairdresser, my aim is to offer you the best possible advice and results.
If all clients are well informed, I can help you even more specifically and reduce the number of recurring questions.
Please don’t hesitate to find out about the new products in advance. I am available for in-depth discussions to clarify all your concerns.
Appointment and payment:
An advance payment of €150 is due for each booking.
This amount will be deducted from the total cost.
You pay the remaining amount after the treatment calculated at an hourly rate of 70 €.
Cancellation:
If you wish to change an appointment, please do so at least 4 days in advance.
If you cancel at too short notice, your deposit will unfortunately be forfeited.
No refunds: Binding booking!
If you cancel your appointment, I will not refund the deposit.
However, your deposit will be retained and can be used for a future appointment.
You can also transfer your deposit to a friend.
Why an advance payment?
I ask for your understanding for this regulation.
Cancellations at short notice unfortunately result in considerable financial losses for me.
Your deposit secures me a part of the lost revenue and enables me to continue offering high-quality treatment.
Important notes:
Communication: Confirmation e-mail: Immediately after your request you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please also check your spam folder.
Response: I ask for a response within 24 hours. If there is no response, the appointment will be automatically canceled.
Additional information:
Treatment: During the treatment I recommend the use of my IPTV service. Please bring your own Bluetooth or wired in-ear headphones.
