I work on an appointment basis, which means that I import products for each appointment and hold the appointment free, so I require a deposit of €150 at the time of booking.
This deposit will be deducted from the final amount.
- If you cannot keep an appointment, you must change it at least 4 days in advance.
- If you do not change a date in time, I will keep the deposit as a loss.
- Cancel appointment: Please note that a refund of the advance payment is excluded in the event of cancellation.
- The appointment has been reserved exclusively for you and costs have already been incurred for purchasing the products. The deposits are also taxed.
- If you want to cancel an appointment, I will not refund the deposit as compensation, regardless of the reasons.
I’ll get back to you via email later to arrange a more precise time frame. I recommend that you watch Netflix on my TV during treatment; bring a standard in-ear headphone cable with you. If it works on your TV, then the headphones also work on my Panasonic TV.
